What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on product, materials and customization. Catalog products often start lower; OEM/ODM tooling raises minimums. We negotiate pilot runs where both sides can say yes — and we will tell you honestly when a quantity is not yet viable.
How long does sourcing take?+
Typical ranges: 1–2 weeks for supplier identification and comparable quotes; 2–4 weeks for sampling and iteration; production lead time is quoted per factory, commonly 15–45 days depending on category and season. Rush programs are possible with trade-offs made explicit.
Do you support OEM and ODM?+
Yes. OEM applies your brand and packaging to an existing product platform; ODM develops or modifies the product itself. Both run through the same verification and quality gates.
How do you verify suppliers?+
Business license and export record checks, capability interviews, reference calls, and — for material programs — factory audits or third-party inspections before the first deposit.
Can you work with our existing supplier?+
