GLOBAL SHIPPING, CONNECTED TO YOUR FULFILLMENT.
Air, express, ocean and regional programs chosen by lane economics and promise date — booked from the same warehouse that packs your orders.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT DELIVERY STRATEGY, NOT THE DEFAULT ONE.
Shipping is a portfolio decision: which SKUs fly, which sail, which ride a regional warehouse network. The right split protects both your margin and your promise date — and it changes as tariffs, fuel and seasons move.
FOUR WAYS TO MOVE PRODUCT.
Air Freight
Line-haul by air with customs brokerage. The balance point for replenishment and mid-weight parcels.
Express
Door-to-door international express. Fastest, fully tracked, premium price per kilo.
Ocean Freight
FCL and LCL for inventory moves where lead time can be planned ahead.
Regional Fulfillment
Stock positioned in-market; last mile from local networks at domestic speeds.
WHAT LANES ACTUALLY TAKE.
Ranges, not promises — actual transit varies by season, customs and carrier conditions. Programs carry lane-specific standards you can hold us to.
| Lane | Express | Air freight | Ocean freight |
|---|---|---|---|
| China → United States | 2–5 days | 5–10 days | US West 15–25 days · US East 30–40 days |
| China → Europe | 3–7 days | 8–12 days (typical) | 30–40 days (allow extra during Red Sea rerouting) |
| China → UK | 3–7 days | 8–12 days (typical) | 30–38 days (typical) |

THE DE MINIMIS ERA IS OVER. PLAN FREIGHT LIKE IT.
The US $800 de minimis exemption was suspended on August 29, 2025, and CBP rules since June 2026 keep it suspended indefinitely, with formal repeal scheduled for July 2027. Every parcel now clears customs like any other import — which makes duty-paid structures, correct HS classification and consolidation not optional, but the core skill. We build shipping programs on that reality.

Tracking only matters if someone owns the exceptions. Every dispatch feeds events back to your store — and every stalled scan, customs hold or failed delivery enters a managed queue with an owner and a deadline.
- Milestone tracking — dispatch, export, import, out for delivery.
- Exception queue — stalled shipments flagged and worked, not watched.
- Carrier diversification — no single point of failure on busy lanes.
- Cost reporting — spend per lane, per SKU, per month.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS WE HEAR MOST.
How are shipping costs calculated?+
Carriers price on chargeable weight — the greater of actual and volumetric weight — plus lane, fuel and seasonal surcharges, and now, for the US, duty and formal clearance on every parcel. Programs are quoted as all-in structures so the number you model is the number you pay.
What does DDP mean, and when should I use it?+
Delivered Duty Paid: the sender settles duties and taxes, and the customer pays nothing on delivery. Since the end of US de minimis, DDP-style structures have become the default expectation for US-bound ecommerce parcels — surprise bills at the door are the fastest way to lose a customer.
Can you ship from my supplier to FBA or to my customers?+
Yes — supplier pickup, inspection, prep and labeling, then onward to Amazon fulfillment centers or direct to customers from our warehouse, whichever your program needs.
How do peak seasons affect shipping?+
Carriers apply peak surcharges and capacity tightens from October. Programs that book early, diversify carriers and pre-position stock absorb the quarter; programs that decide late pay for it. We plan peak from September.
