FROM SHOPIFY ORDER TO CUSTOMER DELIVERY.
Your store runs on automation; your fulfillment should too. Orders sync in, we pick, check and pack, and tracking writes back — with a real supply chain behind every step of it.
AN APP-LIKE EXPERIENCE. A REAL SUPPLY CHAIN BEHIND IT.
Shopify's own reporting puts platform GMV at roughly $378 billion for 2025 — and nearly every one of those orders expects the same three things: automatic confirmation, honest tracking and delivery inside the promise window. Apps can manage the storefront side. What they cannot do is stand in a warehouse, hold buffer stock, re-qualify a supplier or fix a stuck parcel. That is the part we run: the fulfillment loop and the supply lines behind your checkout, connected to your store so it feels like one system.
FOUR STEPS BETWEEN CHECKOUT AND DOORSTEP.
Store Connection
Your Shopify store linked to our fulfillment system once — products mapped, rules set, no plugin sprawl.
Order Sync
Orders flow in automatically with SKUs, addresses and delivery requirements. No CSV exports, no re-typing.
Pick, QC & Pack
Scan-verified picking, a check before pack, and per-SKU packing standards — including your branded materials.
Tracking Writeback
Tracking numbers and shipment events return to your store; customers are notified without your team touching a spreadsheet.
WHAT BREAKS BETWEEN STORE AND WAREHOUSE.
Manual order shuffling
CSV exports and copy-pasted addresses every evening — with the errors that come with them.
Tracking never comes back
Customers email "where is my order" before the number exists anywhere.
Inventory numbers that lie
The store says in stock; the warehouse disagrees; overselling follows.
Apps stacked on apps
Every app swap breaks rules, history and someone's weekend.
The promise-checkout gap
The checkout promised five days; the parcel took eighteen — and the reviews noticed.
Growth past the app ceiling
The setup that worked at 20 orders a day has no answer at 200.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHECKOUT BUTTON.
Order placed
Customer checks out; payment and address confirmed in your store.
Synced
The order appears in our queue automatically, mapped to the right SKU.
Picked & checked
Scan-verified pick, then a product check before anything is packed.
Packed
Per-SKU packing standards — protective materials, your inserts, your brand.
Dispatched & tracked
Handed to the lane's carrier; tracking and events flow back to your store.
SHOPIFY FULFILLMENT QUESTIONS WE HEAR MOST.
How does the Shopify connection work?+
During onboarding we link your store to our fulfillment system and map products by SKU. From then on orders pull in automatically and tracking writes back at dispatch — there are no per-order manual steps on your side.
What platforms do you actually integrate with?+
Shopify, WooCommerce and other major platforms, plus TikTok Shop and Amazon workflows. We list only integrations we actually operate — confirmed for your setup during onboarding, not promised from a feature grid.
How fast do orders process and deliver?+
Typical processing is 1–3 days after order sync, then lane-dependent transit — for example express lanes to the US commonly deliver in 2–5 days after dispatch and air lines in 5–10. We quote lane-realistic standards and hold the program to them.
Can you also source the products we sell?+
Yes — and it is the better path. Products sourced and sample-tested before you list move through the same chain from factory to customer, with quality accountability already in place when orders start.
What happens when an order goes wrong?+
It enters a managed exception queue with owners and response times — address corrections, carrier claims, reships or refunds per your policy. Your customer sees a proactive status instead of silence, and you see the event in your store.
