Why FULVERA

BEYOND SUPPLIERS. BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION.

A supplier list is easy to find. What is hard — and what actually protects your growth — is the operating system around it.

  • Supplier-side execution — one team accountable from factory floor to dispatch.
  • Quality control checkpoints — verification, pre-production, in-process, pre-shipment.
  • Product and packaging coordination — specs, artwork and samples managed for you.
  • Inventory and fulfillment workflows — stock, orders and exceptions in one loop.
  • Order-level visibility — know what happened to every order, and why.
  • Scalable support — the same structure works at 50 orders or 5,000 a day.
How we work

Challenges we solve

THE SIX FAILING POINTS OF A GROWING SUPPLY CHAIN.

If you recognize two or more of these, your supply chain — not your marketing — may be the constraint.

01

Quotes that never compare

Three suppliers, three specifications, no way to tell which price is real.

Structured RFQs with matched specifications
02

Samples look good, production does not

The golden sample passes; bulk shipments quietly drift.

Pre-production and in-process quality checkpoints
03

Stock-outs during your best weeks

Bestsellers run dry while slow SKUs fill the warehouse.

Inventory planning tied to real sell-through
04

Tracking chaos at scale

Orders ship, but customers ask where they are — and support guesses.

Order-level tracking and exception handling
05

Compliance discovered too late

A listing block or customs hold surfaces requirements nobody checked.

Market requirements reviewed before production
06

Policy shifts break the model

The 2025 end of the US $800 de minimis exemption changed direct-mail economics overnight.

Compliant fulfillment and duty-paid strategies

The rules changed. The $800 US de minimis exemption was suspended in August 2025, and small parcels now clear customs like everything else. Brands that built on "tax-free direct mail" are rebuilding on warehousing, compliance and duty-paid fulfillment. That is infrastructure work — and it is what we do.

Supply network

SOURCED WHERE YOUR CATEGORY IS ACTUALLY MADE.

China's manufacturing is organized in industrial clusters. Working the right cluster — not just the right platform listing — is the difference between a supplier and a supply partner.

Quality & transparency

QUALITY IS A CHECKPOINT SYSTEM, NOT A PROMISE.

Every program runs through the same five gates — before production starts and before anything ships.

  • Supplier verification — credentials, references, capability.
  • Pre-production review — specs, materials, golden samples.
  • In-process checks — defects caught while they are still cheap.
  • Pre-shipment inspection — AQL sampling against your standard.
  • Documentation — reports you can read, keep and act on.

FAQ

QUESTIONS NEW PARTNERS ASK FIRST.

What does FULVERA source?+

We work across consumer categories — electronics and accessories, home and kitchen, apparel and textiles, beauty, toys and baby, lighting, jewelry, pet and outdoor. Cluster-based sourcing means your category is sourced where it is actually manufactured.

What is the minimum order quantity?+

MOQ depends on the product, customization level and factory. Dropshipping programs typically start with no inventory; sourcing and private label programs are quoted per project. Tell us your target quantity and we will structure realistic options.

Can you provide samples before production?+

Yes. Sampling is a standard stage in every sourcing and private label program — including iterative rounds for private label, with each round reviewed against agreed specifications.

Can you connect with our ecommerce store?+

We connect with Shopify, WooCommerce and other major platforms, plus TikTok Shop and Amazon workflows. Orders sync, tracking returns to your store, and exceptions are handled by our operations team.

How do you handle returns and damaged orders?+

Returns and replacements run as a structured workflow — received, inspected, categorized and dispositioned per your policy, with recovery options where products allow.

How do we start a project?+

Submit the request-a-quote form or write to us directly. We review your brief, respond within one business day, and follow up with questions before any proposal — no generic catalogs.
